Tax Deduction

The Young Center is a State recognized 501(c)(3) Public Benefit Corporation. Your charitable donation to the Young Center is 100% tax deductible under federal law.  (Tax ID # 95-4832401)

Why we need your support

1. •More than 50% of our youth participants are from low-to-moderate income households and require financial assistance. 
   

2. •Our annual financial support is derived primarily from corporate grants and private donations.
   

3. •57% of our budget has been cut due to the economic crisis in our nation, reduced corporate giving, and other factors beyond our control.
   

4. •90% of all funds we receive go directly to benefit our youth participants.
   

5. •We cannot transfer our program costs over to our youth participants or their families who, in most cases, cannot to afford to pay them.
   

6. •Your donation will enable us to continue to provide our services to deserving youth who are most in need of assistance.
