CALIFORNIA YOUTH THINK TANK

Preparing the next generation of leaders

The California Youth Think Tank (CYTT) is a life-changing youth leadership program that brings together bright, motivated students from diverse backgrounds, empowers them with knowledge and skills, and prepares them to become future leaders. During their training, participants are housed on the USC campus in Los Angeles, experiencing dorm life and the vibrant campus culture, while attending daily workshops to build leadership and other critical skills.  â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Participants also engage their peers in dynamic team debates, lively panel discussions, field trips, and fun group activities designed to promote teamwork, collaboration and personal growth.  The program culminates with a Special Ceremony recognizing each participant for their individual accomplishments.  Upon completion, CYTT scholars will join a national network of CYTT alumni/mentors who are distinguished college graduates and influential business and civic leaders.
