About CYTT

California Youth Think Tank (CYTT) is a premier leadership training program for high school students ages 14–18.  The program brings together bright and motivated youth from diverse backgrounds and equips them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become future leaders.

During the CYTT Summer Boot Camp, students live on a college campus, experience dorm life, and participate in daily workshops focused on leadership, communication, and personal development. This unique experience prepares students not only for college, but also for leadership roles in their schools and communities.

Graduates become part of a national network of CYTT alumni who are excelling in college, business, public service, and beyond—proving that with the right training and support, young people can become world changers.

What to Expect?

Participants engage in dynamic team debates, lively panel discussions, field trips, and fun group activities designed to promote teamwork, collaboration and personal growth.  The program culminates with a Special Ceremony recognizing each participant for their individual accomplishments.
